Pawgo, a mobile pet grooming service based in Phoenix, Arizona, offers convenient grooming appointments with clear, upfront pricing. I was brought on board to overhaul their digital checkout system to enhance user experience. By thoroughly analyzing the user journey, I was able to redesign the process for better usability and efficiency. Additionally, I was tasked with branding the sign-up process for groomers and fleet owners, creating a welcome screen, and ensuring that van information was easily accessible. Another important aspect of the project involved developing targeted landing pages to attract specific client segments.

Several challenges needed to be addressed during the project. Ensuring that users could navigate the checkout and sign-up processes smoothly required careful design and testing to eliminate any potential roadblocks. Condensing information without losing essential details and establishing a clear hierarchy was crucial to maintaining usability and clarity. Keeping groomers and fleet owners engaged throughout the sign-up process involved balancing informative content with user-friendly design. Lastly, crafting landing pages that effectively targeted and resonated with specific client segments required a deep understanding of their unique needs and preferences.
