Earmarkz is an innovative reference software that connects prospective customers with a company's most referable customers, bridging the gap between businesses and their consumers. I was tasked with designing the website and influencing page structure to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Earmarkz's mission is to remove barriers in connecting prospects with customers. My role involved marketing towards businesses and customers willing to share their experiences. I successfully designed the home, resource, pricing, and trial pages, targeting lighthearted business professionals who value customer experience.

The project presented a few challenges that needed to be addressed. Creating a website that appealed to corporate professionals while maintaining a lighthearted and approachable tone required careful design considerations. Balancing professionalism with a friendly, engaging user interface was crucial to meet the target audience's expectations. Additionally, structuring the website to effectively market towards both businesses and customers willing to share their experiences necessitated a strategic approach to content and layout. Ensuring that the home, resource, pricing, and trial pages were informative yet user-friendly was essential to provide a great customer experience.
