DeCinces Design Build Co., a full-service remodeling and design firm based in Southern California, specializes in residential design and construction projects nationwide. They sought a design for a "Care & Maintenance Guide" to be sent out to existing customers. This free resource aims to help clients maintain their renovated cabinets, sinks, countertops, and various finishes. Additionally, the guide serves to remind clients of the company, boosting referral rates, which are a significant part of their business. I created a 10-page digital resource that aligns with the brand’s clean and minimal aesthetic while ensuring it remains interesting and engaging for clients.

Several challenges needed to be addressed during this project. Ensuring that the "Care & Maintenance Guide" was both informative and easy to understand required careful content planning and design. The guide needed to cover a wide range of materials and finishes, each with specific maintenance requirements, without overwhelming the reader.
